Great songbook

This is one of the best piano books ever.

While I thought this movie was a bit weak, the music is fantastic. The piano transcriptions are fairly easy to play for an experienced pianist (especially if you're used to pop rhythms). "Never Enough", "Tightrope", and "A Million Dreams" are standouts on the piano. Note that the melody line (the sung part) is integrated into the piano part, which is great if you are playing these as a piano solo, but less so for accompanying a singer. If you want accompanist music, I recommend you check out the version called "Greatest Showman - Vocal Selections".

Good for piano, vocals and probably guitar ( I don't play that one, so not sure). Only skimmed through each song, but the book has good formatting and has all the songs from the movie. Songs are in lots of different keys so may not be the best for a true beginner. Came unwrapped, which is scary for books, but it was is great shape.

Received the book today and I’ve already gotten to play out of it! Can’t wait to work these pieces up for fun. Love the movie. And love having properly written music for these songs!

Great piano music and words.

This book is a lot of fun! I found it very easy to sight read through, as I am a trained musician, but I bought the book for my kids to enjoy. The challenge in these arrangements is knowing how to read the syncopated timing. The music is not too difficult otherwise.

I bought this for my daughter who probably was at a grade 5 level before she quit piano 5 or 6 years ago. Now she likes to dabble and the music is doable although a little difficult - definitely not a sight reading piece but one to work on and reasonable to master. Also good for us to vocal accompaniment.
