I use this every time I wash my hair. Just a nickel-quarter size bit, rub it between you palms and apply to all your hair. Lightweight and encourages the curls and waves. Does keep the frizz down too. I use a diffuser on cold setting sometimes to set the curls in with this product. I do recommend it.

dried my hair out
this in combination with the gel didn’t give me the results i thought i would get…and it’s quite expensive so that’s a bummer. Hairbyreema used this on her clients it looked like but the eden body works takes the cake. also i know this product is what was drying because the gel was hydrating with nice slip
