This is easy to take and effective. I am surprised by the reviews that are surprised it tastes like blood. Blood is iron rich, this is an iron supplement, it's going to have a metallic taste because that's what it is. There is a berry taste mixed in but let's be real, if you get a liquid there will be that taste. Get a pill if you can't tolerate it. This did not upset my stomach so that's a plus.

I just received my bottle & did my first 1ml. I’m not sure how I’m supposed to feel but I did feel less fatigued & tired today. Coming from Someone who suffers from low iron. The taste is good, very tolerable. The shipping was super quick & packing was great. I hope this is the beginning of something good for me and my health. So far so good.

Great for getting your iron in! It’s so much easier than using an iron fish and takes seconds. The taste isn’t too strong and it does leave a little bit of a metallic taste at the end but overall worth it for the low iron girlies!

If I could give this a negative rating, I would. The flavor is awful and nothing like what’s advertised, it tastes metallic, almost like having pennies in my mouth. I was so disappointed and had hoped it would be different. Unfortunately, it’s non-returnable once opened, which feels unfair; if it were truly as great as the description claims, the seller should stand behind a return policy. Save yourself the trouble and stick with a pill or tablet form instead. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

The taste is very metallic, and I am only able to tolerate this with juice or taking a shot of flavored water.

I love it after trying to be on iron pills which absolutely had no effect on me other than plugging me up and making me sick, had to do my own research to find something that would work, and it did notice the improvement on the second day of using it
