Very quick and easy to install with good instructions. Fingerprint facility works every time. I had bought a more expensive lock and the fingerprint never worked. Returned it and got this one. Very good customer service as well. Responded via WhatsApp and helped me sort an installation issue very quickly. Happy with my purchase and recommend this lock.

I bought for of these locks for a house that is going through an extensive renovation. I bought the locks in March and they arrived promptly; however, due to shipping delays, the doors, on which he locks would be installed, didn’t arrive until June. I installed the first two locks with no issue. When I installed the third lock, unfortunately, it would not power up; as in, the keypad would not light up. I grabbed the power pack from another (the fourth) lock and attached it to the keypad and it powered on; so, obviously, there was an issue with the power pack. Since I was past Amazon’s 30 day return window, I was concerned that I would not be able to get a replacement or a refund. My concerns were immediately alleviated through my interaction with Smonet’s customer service agent. They are fantastic! First, I called the customer service number, but no one answered; the phone just rang with no opportunity to leave a message. To my surprise, about an hour later, a gentleman called me back to ask if I had a customer service inquiry. In this day and age of horrendous customer service,I was stunned that I was getting a real, human response. From there, I was helped by a lovely woman named Winter. Winter was wonderful. She requested a short video of the malfunctioning lock, which I sent, and promptly informed me that a replacement be shipped expeditiously. Best customer service EVER!As for the lock itsel…I have other branded smart locks and I can tell you, from experience, that this lock is incredibly easy to install. I also like that you can use Bluetooth to sync that lock to the app and set up codes (this is not the case with the other branded locks that I have). The only con that I see, in comparison to my other branded locks, is that the app is a little less intuitive; but, for the price (the other locks cost more than double the price of this lock), I can get over it.To sun it up, between the customer service, functionality, and value, I highly recommend this lock!

Have used this for a while now. Am very happy with it. Only complaint is that the fingerprint scanner acts up in colder weather. Other than that, i recommend this product.

Ordered one 12/31/2024, ordered 2nd one not even two weeks later. I literally went to my orders, found 1st one I'd ordered and went back to exact same one to order again. Same exact lock but they use different apps? I still have manuals for both and sute enough the QR code within and instructions tell you to use different apps. And, I can't add both to same app. They work great, came timely, but it is a huge hassle to have two different apps. One uses Smart Life, one uses Next Lock. Tried to sync with Google home and that never worked. Doesn't pair with Samsung smart things. Don't use Amazon Alexa. Tried to factory reset first one we bought and the Next Lock app never found it. Guess they changed the app they use in those two weeks. If wasn't such a hassle to return them (no longer have box for 1st one) I would. Don't waste your money.
