I was quite sceptical when this first arrived as it didn’t seem like much in the jar so the first thing, I did was take it all out and weigh the Shilajit. This is my third brand I am trying and I have found a gem! Great product and it’s helped a lot with my sleep and gave me a boost of energy throughout the day. Hair feels much thicker aswell I’ve noticed.Quite a fiddle when you open it first time as it’s stuck to the lid but that’s normal with all Shilajit I have purchased. Once you leave it facing the right way you don’t have that problem again. I take a small amount in warm water on an empty stomach.Really impressed with the spoon as you can hang it off the glass. Shilajit can be deceiving as it looks like there’s not much inside but I’ve got an empty jar from last time so when I measured it with a new one It had 30.2g. After getting a knife to cut into it and also almost break my hand to get to get it open, almost half of it came out with the inside lid cap thing. I’ve never had a problem with other brands

Tried several others and this one stands out so far for quality and price.Comes in a nice box and a hanging spoon which I find so convenient when you’re busy in the morning. Just leave it hanging instead of waiting and stirring till it dissolves.It’s also quite soft and easy to use as some other places I have ordered it comes very hard!Did the temperature test by putting it in the fridge as well and it changed consistency which gives you that peace of mind it’s authentic.Thanks guys and can’t wait to order more in the future!

Bought this after seeing all the hype online.The product is like tar and you get a small metal scoop to get it out of the pot.You then soak the product in hot water and stir, it tastes awful, very earthy and I don’t think you could add it to anything to make it more palatable. I used to put it with the minimal amount of water that I could dissolve it in and down it as quick as possible.I used the whole pot which took a fair few weeks but in all honesty I didn’t feel any benefits whatsoever in any capacity.I still felt sluggish throughout the day, my workouts were progressing as before no crazy gains. When I stopped taking it didn’t feel any different either.Such a shame, I don’t doubt that they potentially could have benefits for certain people just don’t work as intended for me.

I've bought the product about 6 times now but recently the package changed to foil seal which gets the resin stuck on it, is not good the old seal was much better

Started taking this brand as a recommendation of someone at the gym.When it arrived I was impressed with packaging and the hanging little spoon which I found really handy!The first thing I noticed a difference in was sleep. Wow! Never had such a good nights rest ever and maybe that’s the reason it helps with muscle mass as your getting such good nights kip. I also noticed I don’t feel as fatigued anymore at work or the gym and it’s definitely made a difference mentally.Going to continue to take this for as long as I can because I know from research this is great for detoxing the body so will update everyone on here in a few months but really impressed at the moment!

Top Quality!Been taking this product for some time now and I have noticed a major improvement in memory and focus during my day to day life. This stuff is great for gym users aswell as I feel much stronger in every department! Nice easy consistency to use when in room temperature as other stuff I have used can be difficult and hard as a rock. Just overall I feel great and my skin has improved also. I assume this is to do with all the minerals packed in shilajit that our body doesn’t get in our everyday diet.I will be purchasing 6 next month so it can last me the full year before they run out of stock!
