Exactly what I needed to hook up new dash cam that has USB C to the power cord that was already in the car that had USB mini.

good niche product.
My old Rexing dashcam used a mini usb plug. Hopefully this adapter is what I need for my new Viofo dashcam which uses usb-c. Will save me from re-doing the hardwire.

Does exactly what I bought it for. Converts my old mini USB to car fuse box to USB C so I can use a newer style dash cam. Works perfectly.

Our old dash camera gave up on us and we ordered a replacement. The old one was an older mini power plug and I just did not want to replace all of the wiring. So, this adapter was ordered and was a perfect fit. Saved me a lot of time and work...

Intermittent
Purchased for a dash cam upgrade. Power only, no data needed. Connection very intermittent. Wouldn't work for a few minutes, if at all. The USAB-C side would only work one way, could not be turned over. Seemed to be crappy connector contacts. Returned and bought from someone else.
