Good mouse for small hands
I ordered this mouse after finding it listed on a reddit thread of mice for people with small hands, and wasn't disappointed. Two things of note: 1) the battery life is excellent; I frequently go weeks without needing it to charge and when I do, it charges in 1-2 hours. 2) You can't tell from the pictures, but the body is very slightly textured. I don't know this will give you an edge in fps gaming, but I do like it and think it improves grip. The customer service deserves an extra mention as well. My first mouse didn't arrive (I suspect porch pirates), and I contacted customer service. They had a replacement out to me in a matter of days. This was 11/2023. Guess what showed up in a badly-taped-together box 03/2024? Seems whoever initially stole it couldn't find a use for it and decided to return it!

Possibly fake items
I might have gotten a fake, but the mouse only worked when the USB was plugged into it. It acted like it had maybe a 10 mah battery in it, just enough to power the led but not connect to the dongle or operate.

Nice mouse, slow customer support and warranty practices
I bought this mouse in October of 2023, and it's been pretty solid. I like how light it is, it's responsive, and configured purely through the hardware. Unfortunately the mouse wheel began jumping during scrolling, with the page going up and down as you scroll down a web page for instance.I reached out to Xtrfy support who advised me to apply a firmware update, which did not resolve the issue unfortunately. They then told me the following:"I would recommend reaching out to Amazon about the issue and say that you are opening a warranty case. They'll write something about that the "return window" is closed but you are not making a return. They'll write something about to reach out to the manufacturer about replacement parts or technical help. Just answer them that you've already received technical help and that it's not a replacement part you need but a replacement product."I don't understand why Amazon needs to be involved in this, but I looked to follow the instructions. Despite the warranty for the mouse showing to be 1 year on the manufacturer's website, the listing here limits returns/replacement to 30 days. Because of this, there's no way to reach out to Amazon about the issue, they remove all buttons/links and advise it's beyond that period, and the mouse listing itself has a notice to "Please contact the seller directly for warranty information for this product. You may also be able to find warranty information on the manufacturer’s website."So I told Xtrfy support "If there's nothing you can do for me without it becoming a big back and forth between you and Amazon please let me know, I will just leave a review and go find another mouse." - to which they responded with more instructions regarding how I need to open a case with Amazon. So here's my review, and I am going to find another mouse.

Very comfortable mouse
Great dpi, no miss-clicks, looks great with my NES color theme setup. The low nose so to speak with the buttons going nearly to the base of the mouse isn't an issue either. The charge cable placement I thought might be an issue but it actually doesn't get in the way at all nor can I tell its there. It is situated just under where my hand would touch so I never notice it. I was a little concerned it would get annoying, but so far it's great. Also snagged it at a slight discount so I can't complain. If 8bitdo made a newer NES themed mouse with better DPI/connectivity then this might have some competition.

Love the shape!
I typically use a relaxed claw grip, but have somewhat wide palms so I find that smaller mice tend not to feel good to me... but this one is different! I ordered this not realizing it's size, but glad I did. The shape really kinda begs to be palmed, putting your fingers low on the front for control. Small but really fills up the hand and feels good. Thing is, it really works for claw and fingertip too, its very versatile.Sensor implementation is great, clicks are great, build quality is stellar, I even like the surface feel. It's very solid, love this thing. If I had any criticism it'd probably be the cost, seeing how you have Aria, Atlantis and even Pulsars are going for a little cheaper with similar specs. But it's a pretty minor point -- just buy it, it's a keeper.

Good mouse, too small for big hands
The mouse itself was a good quality and the design was nice, giving a real retro feel, but I have large hands and it was much too small for me. Keep that in mind!

Mysterious buttons
Sure would be nice to know what all these buttons do. I do not use it for gaming but because it says no lag. I have multiple monitors and sometimes struggle to get it to go past 1 monitor and to another.
