This product does honestly help reduce the stink. An improvement I’d like to suggest: widen the crotch fabric. I use Always bladder pads, size 3, and their adhesive extends about 3/8” on either side of Tooties’ fabric. Can be uncomfortable.

As a former tootles customer, I strongly advise against buying their underwear. It's become a mess, it doesn't work anymore. The carbon filter has become thinner in their new version of underpants, so it doesn't work anymore. I get the impression that they want to save money on manufacturing, and make money at the same time. It's dishonest. Don't be fooled by their current sales, which are designed to lure you in. You'll be wasting your money for nothing!

These work as long as you don't use the washing machine and dryer. Hand wash only

I bought a pair of these because after having gastric bypass surgery the gas can be horrible. They work very well! The only regret I have is that I didn't get the next size up. But the fit was very comfy (even tho a tad tight) and I would highly recommend this product.

Nice undies they run big

I tried a while ago buying just 1, surprisingly they worked very well! Since then I buy this pack for 3 units, it's a good price.

For this price, these things should do something. Unfortunately they do nothing. I have MS which includes a fabulously malfunctioning digestive system. My poor family. Had high hopes these would help but I’m stuck with this stinky problem. Trust me, id have paid a lot more if they worked! Sincerely, still smelly

Not the best coverage and I brought a large. Extra large would not have helped as the design is low in the back. Might work for a different shaped person. Did not mask anything.
