NANUKN-CUBIK 13L Universal Organizing System for Photo/Video and Drone (Large-11.4 x 20.4 x 5.1)

I love this, it’s a spacious insert for you Nanuk case or bag that can double as a bag itself, comes with plenty of of deciders and does a great job at protecting your gear and your wallet.

I’m actually using the system with the Apache 5800 from Harbor Freight that I paid like $60 for and it fits perfect. I was about to buy an entire different case because I do a wide variety of events. And sometimes I’m doing photography and video for bigger events. Now that I can just have dividers set for the occasion is perfect. I purchased the large case. I’ll be purchasing the med and small today. And that should suit my needs. I’ll also be getting the duffle bag to use when needed. This is a system that I’ve been looking for.

This is for 13M. It is a very good insert, works perfectly for my gear, but the regular price is too high. Luckily I bough mine when discounted.

I’m impressed with the quality of this padded case. The sides are pretty solid and flex only slightly with moderate pressure. It comes with several quality dividers inside (almost more than you need), and it is designed to fit in a Nanuk 938 hard-sided case. Additionally, it could serve as a separate hand bag. There is a handle on top—and a simple shoulder strap (not padded, with plastic clips to attach to the sturdy fabric loops on the bag). It’s a great bag and I love it. I got it on a springtime sale, although the sale on this item was better after Christmas. Nonetheless, a $60 sale price is too expensive. A small Nanuk case (with interior foam) goes for the same price. Five stars for top quality but loses 1.5- to 2 stars for price. Get it only if you absolutely need it enough to justify the price.

Nanuk has added an additional layer of protection for your gear with this line of soft shell cases. Each comes with a set of Velcro dividers, some having slats in them to utilize the set of red elastic bands also included. The amount of dividers and bands gives you ample options for tailoring the case to fit your loadout. The case is well made and has a nice, sturdy zipper. There are two handles on the top for you to pick it up out of a hard case easily. I was able to fit two Sony A7IVs with cine cages, one pocket gimbal camera, one long lens, four short to medium lenses, a wireless mic kit and a bunch of other video accessories in the case. After rearranging the dividers I was also able to get a RS3 gimbal in there, believe it or not. This fits perfectly into both 935 and 938 hard case models, with the latter able to hold two if stacked. This is a good option for production companies on the move needing both organization and an extra layer of protection. I am using mine currently without a hard case. It has a good amount of padding and when packed correctly will not see any significant movement of the gear. Its easy zip open makes it a quick access point for my gear when on a photoshoot. The advantage of using these inside a hard case is a cleaner, more streamlined workflow by having all the gear you need at your fingertips.

The design of these Cubik inserts to seamlessly fit in their bags as well as their hard cases is amazing! It makes swaping so easy! The build quality is amazing and it hold all my camera gear with room to spare.
