Well Made Weighted Belt
I was impressed with the quality of the belt. Very good construction. I like that it can be used as a regular weight belt also. I have attached two 45 lb plates to the ring attachment on the belt and it has held up fine. For under $20 this is a great purchase. I have been weight lifting for over 40 years so I know quality when I see one.

Great weight lifting belt
Got it to use as a weight lifting belt to help support my back. But, can also be used as weight dipping belt with the included iron chain.The back support feels good with the padding and is comfortable to wear. The material feels sturdy and strong.It is a great 2 in 1 weight lifting belt for the price of one!

Great for back strength
Finally got to a place where I needed to add weight to pull-ups and dips. This belt works great. It's strong enough to hold plenty of weight for me, feels comfortable around the waist, and feels well made. Would definitely recommend!
