We like the taste much better than every day processed salt. It is our understanding this salt is healthier for our kidneys.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Redmond has an excellent reputation and that’s why I bought it. I couldn’t get the grinder to work and read several reviews about the poor grinder quality. I took the grinder apart and discovered there is a protective seal over the opening. I removed this and all is well now.

New favorite salt! The only reason I still use Morton's in my diet at all is for the iodine.Didn't really think I'd ever become intentional with regard to the salt I use. But here we are, and I'm glad I got here! This is superior in flavor to other salts, true. Redmond also provide a mineral analysis for their salt. The fact that they care enough to provide analyses to their customers, and that the product is by its very nature 'Made in America' is more than enough for me. The fact that it tastes great is just bonus.

Grinder is perfect, strong; salt of course tastes delicious. I suppose you could reuse the grinder with something else but..... for me so much fun to grind this salt.

I think it's user error but i cant seem to get the grinder to actually grind the salt down at all. That said, this is an excellent salt provider and I buy from them on the recommendation of my doctor for a health condition that requires me to consume a lot of salt, so quality matters. Just maybe get your own grinder and buy the bags instead.
