Q: Which handle do you recommend for a little giant king kombo model 13-908-002 8-foot (to 14') fiberglass extension ladder?

Two, XL Carrier, 8 foot is difficult to get middle section , so you can use two Carriers to create a mid section for balance

Q: Will this work on the heavy 8’ Louisville Cross Step ladder?

I used it normally with a 6 foot ladder and on the company's 8/14 foot werner multi use extension ladder and had no issues.
