Arrived in great condition. The cutting edges are not sharp which makes for safe storage, but care must be taken to not bend any of the blades. A good cover would be perfect for this product.

Had a hard time using it and it broke.

I have only used it once, one of the blades is bent. (has a kink in it) it doesn't affect the cutting, the Giant box they sent it in was well packed so the damaged was done before shipment. For how often I use it makes quick work and all the rolls are the same size. I had used a friends that was stainless and cost about 400 bucks. So this will be fine for a small bakery or someone who makes a lot of Croissants.
