During COVID, I was in mandatory quarantine upon arrival and utilized this band to help with my workouts and stretches. Granted, I did use the furniture in the room and weights I was able to rent... this simple band (if you get creative enough) is an amazing tool.This is a staple in my gym bag... and does not take up much room. I encourage everyone to have a couple of these at hand for stretching out (especially upper body - is where I use it the most).

I needed some fitness bands for at home workouts being a new mom. The resistance level on these bands are what they say. They work great to attach to a door handle or a pull up bar for multiple uses. They’re super durable in workouts and you can’t beat the price!

It works and it's cheap, seems durable too. Don't waste your money with expensive bands when you can get these for a third maybe a fourth of the cost.

Pretty good price and seems to be decent quality. Not perfect but decent for sure.

Nice little band for normal stretching and warmup. I use it to warm up my shoulders. It is easy to use and can be used in different ways. The band is made from good quality rubber and seems durable.

Use this item for therapy on my ankle exercise and this helps out tremendously.

I use this for upper body weightlifting warm ups. So far, seems sturdy enough. Can't think of any real complaints!

If this band looks like the one from your gym in the pictures, it’s probably close enough! I have 3 cats and so far they haven’t punctured it, and I’ve been using the band for over 6 months at this point. It’s stretchy but got good, even resistance, and is comfortable even when pressed close to the skin. The length is perfect, just long enough for everything but not inconvenient.
