RAK Series 600 White Close Coupled WC Modern Toilet with Soft Close Seat

Not the easiest to install and needed a few trips to Wickes for some extra parts, but lovely toilet and good flush power, which was important to me. Previous cheap toilet was worthless--moving things in a circle. This Rak takes all away and does it in 1 flush with economic water usage, sleek design, soft close, and half flush for smaller needs. Totally pleased and highly recommended.

The toilet and accessories arrived promptly and were well-packaged. There were no installation instructions, so we consulted articles and videos on the net. We installed in a corner position, and in this case one needs to ensure that the water supply is on the side away from the corner. We found it necessary to attach the flexible water hose to the cistern before fitting it to the base. The instructions for the assembly of the soft-close seat could be considerably better, as could the quality of the seat fittings, but we are very happy overall and so did not mark it down. The operation of the dual flush is quiet and effective.

Compact, stylish, works perfectly. Was concerned when previous reviewers complained about the soft-close seat slackening off and moving around and also reported difficulties in cleaning due to square-ish shape of bowl. I can happily report that none of these issues has yet posed a problem and that the fit and finish compares favourably with WCs costing many times more.Please note that it came with detailed instructions for assembling the cistern components. These are completely unnecessary as the the cistern comes fully assembled and tested as confirmed by RAK technical and only needs mounting and bolting to the pedestal, (bolts etc. and doughnut washer supplied).

Bought for a very small space that I turned into a bathroom as a challenge. Despite not being a bog in the box style this actually had the lowest overall protrusion I could find. Good quality and works great.

Brilliant service, delivered 2 days early and in immaculate condition. Currently being installed. My plumber recommended this toilet, hence installation is straight forward. Toilet looks good, clean lines and modern and compact.

We had to ask for replacement seat. The soft close failed.

Great looking toilet. Flush mech already in. Just bolt the 2 halves together. Flushes well. Seat fits well and doesnt move when you sit in it. Delivery was fast. Cant complain.
