Great cotton item to help with lips tattooing.
This product is for helping a Permanent Makeup Artist (PMU) create or do a touch-up of tattooed lips. It is for holding the lips of the customer in place while avoiding anesthesia entering their mouth. IT is really helpful in that sense. The package looked really professional. It worked or exceeded my expectations. I will upload a customer I did to show her lips. up
