The media could not be loaded. This neon sign is beautiful! I was looking forward to receiving my order. Unfortunately, it arrived broken in one area. I realize it is a fragile item. I returned the item for a replacement without any hassle. My replacement was extremely smooth and prompt. I do not regret ordering this sign! I will be displaying it in my garage and can't wait to hang it up!

I've purchased several neon signs for the garage, and only have had one issue that needed attention. The customer service with this company was very very helpful. They stand by their products. I've purchased from them before, and I'll definitely look to them when I add to my sign collection. The man cave is looking much better!

I was skeptical but had high hopes for this product, as it was exactly what I was looking for and reasonably priced. It arrived in perfect condition and the packaging clearly had personal care behind it. I don’t typically leave reviews but this product is very well worth it. Don’t have pictures currently but intend to attach them later.

This came with a broken tube. We didn't know it until it was unboxed to hang. Because we didn't unbox it until 2 days after the return day. We are out the money for it.Not a happy right ow.
