As we get older, for some reason walking becomes painful especially on the soles. I tried to buy different types of cushioned shoes, sneakers, casual, boat shoes. Each gave me temporary comfort but then blisters and calluses would develop. I thought this insert would be another temporary solution, however as soon as I applied and walked with it, the difference was night and day. Let me see after 3 months.

Bought two pairs—one for my work shoes, one for my running shoes.

While it is comfortable it was too big and had to cut it to size. Why don't they give a size option?

I have flat feet. Just like a duck when I walk barefoot. Walk over water and onto concrete and people don’t think it’s a human with the flat tracks.These help with pain on new ice hockey skates and comfort. Immediate relief when I bought these. Hoping to break them in more and play 2-3 games of ice hockey or reffing.

I think these are the best insteps. They are on the more expensive side of insteps and worth it! I have multiple sets and leave them in my shoes because they are difficult to get in place. But that's the thing...once they are in there, they aren't 'bunching up' or moving or coming out with your foot.

I don't understand why the item states custom fit. They are not. Just a probably good pair of inserts. I returned them when they arrived as I thought I was getting a kit for making a custom size for my foot. I purchased another model for my high arches from the same manufacture.

Bought for son who is on his feet all day with steel toe boots. He loves them.

Not high enough arch support. If these are high arch support they need to have an extra high support option.
