I have brought several bluetooth hands free kits, all have been rubbish and some were more expensive than this one! After reading the positive reviews I tried this one and I can't fault it. It has a brilliant feature in that it turns on automatically when you open the car door, it then connects to both my home and business mobile phones. The battery life is weeks... even using it every day. I love the proper volume button which makes using it very easy if you need to. The call sound quality and the connection stability are the best I have ever had on any similar device. This represents some brilliant value for money too. Don't buy cheap, buy this one and you will not be disappointed. I would 100% recommend this hands free kit.

I've been using this unit now for around 6 weeks. The battery lasted around 5 weeks from a full charge, connected to 2 phones simultaneously for around an average of 6-7 hours per week (with satnav directions running through it) and an average of 30 mins to 1 hour phone calls per week. Not bad going really and better than I had expected. The auto on/off works very well too. Only slight negative is it plays a low battery message when it runs down to 10% battery, which although a good idea it does get a bit annoying that it repeats itself every few minutes. Sounds quality is more than adequate, slightly 'tinny' sometimes when at a louder volume but most of the time perfectly fine. If your car has a fairly quiet drive or you mostly spend time driving at 50mph or less you'll be fine. It's only slightly tinny sounding when I have it turned up loud and that's only needed when I'm driving at 60mph+ and because my car isn't very sound proof! 99% of the time the person on the other end can hear me clearly and the 1% times they can't it's usually poor signal on my mobile which is no fault of the unit. I debated whether to get a Bluetooth unit that played through the car stereo but glad I didn't. I listen to music through the stereo and this unit plays my phone satnav directions. Overall I'm happy with the purchase; does the job well and at a decent price point.

Have used many Bluetooth headsets connected to lighter dock in car in the past and have all suffered from bad sound quality. The sound quality here is excellent. I have connected it with google assistant on my Samsung phone and can easily use it hands free. Very practical and I just charge it once a week with no issues. Only reason i deducted a star is that it keeps connected to my phone even when I am in my house and I have to go turn it off from Bluetooth settings. There is an off button on the device but I forget. Being a car bluetooth there should be a way to make the Bluetooth connection much shorter. all in all would definitely recommend

Having purchased this for my work van, this is worth its weight in gold. Initial start up was straightforward and had connected automatically almost immediately upon opening the box and switching on. Profit arrived with enough charge and has not yet required a charge up. Sound charity is perfect and volume is very loud for a 2w speaker. Easy to use 1 touch button / control knob that activates the Google assistant and voice control to dial up means that I know longer have to pull over to make phone calls saving valuable time during travelling. A great product at a fraction of the cost of bigger brands in the market, I would definitely recommend and will be buying more of these for the rest of my small fleet of vans in the business. The only disadvantage is they there is no display with caller ID but with the phone mounted to the dash, this is not a problem. Overall, if you need a means of reliable contact with the outside world then make this product your must by item!

Good product works as described I like that it has a metal covering makes it feel like a quality item, one thing I would say is in the description it does not say that it works with Google assistant but it DOES, I would recommend this item.

I think this product is good value for the price and once paired with a mobile phone, I think, is quite easy to use. After using the Avantree BT Car kit-BTCK-11, For about a couple of weeks, the mobile phone and the Avantree BTCK-11 would not connect to each other. I contacted Avantree via email and a member of their customer support contacted me via email first and then called me on my mobile phone to explain how to get the mobile phone and the Avantree BTCK-11 to connect to each other again, by simply deleting the Bluetooth connection name on the mobile phone and then doing another Bluetooth search on the mobile phone to pair up the mobile phone and the Avantree BTCK-11 again; since following the advice from Avantree customer care, the Avantree BTCK-11 has been working in a way that fulfills my expectations. The customer care I received from Avantree, I thought, was excellent. I registered the Avantree BTCK-11 with Avantree, for the warranty, on the Avantree website - which requires, as part of the registration, the product model number and the Amazon order number ( the warranty registration that I submitted did not require much information and, I think, is quite easy to complete ). In conclusion, I think the Avantree BTCK-11 is a value for money and useful product, also the customer care from Avantree, I thought, was excellent. I’m impressed with the clarity and volume of mobile phone calls in comparison to other makes I have tried. It might be me, but I have found the battery life a little short in comparison to their makes I have tried, hence 4 stars. To be fair, the trade off for a slightly shorter battery life versus great connectivity and sound quality is acceptable. I would recommend this item if you have an older car and need hands free, or if you need additional connectivity for a second phone because your primary phone connects to your vehicle media system.

It's small, fits on the visor nicely, easy to pair with two phones. The sound quality is good, very basic functionality, so value for money is ok. it reads out the sat nav well. the music quality wasnt great, plus you just have your music blaring at you in your face as it is inches away on the sun visor rather than quality sound from your speakers. However, you have to remember to switch it off whenever you leave the car otherwise your phones dont disconnect from it, eg. you finish your journey and rush in to the office/home, you wont hear the phone calls coming in as the sound will be ringing in your car not your pocket even if set to vibrate. This also means you have to remember to switch it on every time you get in the car. This also means that depending on its mood, you may have to re-pair, or select it as a device on both your phones to connect with it, everytime you get in the car. It does do this automatically some times. I have both a work and personal phone to do this with every time. Its tedious. The bluetooth is temperamental and connects/disconnects when it wants to... it randomly says Power Off for no reason when you are driving. Sometimes it disconnects your bluetooth all together, so by law you would have to pull over and choose the device you want your phone to pair with again. Its just hassle that you dont need when you are driving.... there are other bluetooth hands free devices out there that apparently recognise when you have left the car, so disconnect or power off automatically. Although the sound quality was good, i would just rather have an FM transmitter one.... I should also say, i was driving, the sun suddenly hit my eyes, i was blinded and pushed the sun visor forward with the device attached, and it flew off and hit my dashboard. I had to react quickly to the sudden burst of sunlight and i dont think it is great that it comes off so easily if moving the sun visor. Its a good idea, its just not fit for purpose really
