It should be able to help to break down food more completely, help populate healthy bacteria, and improve overall digestive health. This product does not contain inulin nor chicory root. What you see on the label is what you will get for every bottle of Eat Anything Rx. :)

I don't use it for lactose intolerance. Won't take the chance. I don't see lactase listed.
