This was great for me, because I found a kitten in our front yard crying and it's eyes were shut from dried up discharge in them. We found another kitten not long before and she got better, but my other cats and myself (I woke up and one eye was shut) got the same thing. So, I like these that are individually sealed so as not to contaminate another. Before I use anything on my pets, I test it on myself first. Let me say, that's when I found out another company's tear free slogan wasn't for no crying. After about 60 seconds it burned, but so far so good with this. I can also feel the moisturizer in it. I tried this product because another brand slightly tangled and I noticed redness in my pets eyes. I am glad I decided to try this one. I will update after about a week to let you know the results.

I softly hold over our palsy dogs eye for a minute and then gently wipe the area around the affected eye. Some brownish crust comes off without rubbing. Even though it was accumulating for a week my patience of barely applying pressure, had the tear stains and crusts come away. Now with regular use hasn't had time to accumulate more. Nice for runny eye. Leaves no odor.

I’ve used these by recommendation from a friend. They work really well and each one is wrapped and wet. They’re easy to carry wherever you’re going, especially if you live in an area with lots of allergens that may be causing eye goop. My dogs don’t fight this. I’ve had one question and that would be making these into a container and giving half to carry. That’s my only hope for the environmental impact, but in terms of working and using, these are great. I can’t get mine as clean as the groomer does, but this is coming close.

Works well to clean the eyes but I did not see a difference to lessen the color at the corner of the eyes
