These Pro Shot Gun Cleaning Patches are always consistent in size and quality. A great value, too. They do not shed, fray, or tear during the cleaning process.Highly recommend these cleaning patches.

This brand is always a good choice. Unfortunately they do have a lot of loose strings from the cutting process that are annoying to deal with. But they are absorbent and have been in this business for a very long time. They know how to make cleaning patches!

Pretty standard patches, they work as they should.

These are my preferred patches for cleaning all of my handguns, rifles and shotguns. Flannel cotton - soft, dense and highly absorbant. I use WD40 as my cleaning solvent (economical & effective) and Hoppe's Tornado brushes as my "jag". The tornado brush, because of its design, compresses making it easier to push through the bore with the patch over it. Each patch get's used twice. After the first pass, I flip the patch over and run it through the bore a second time. Two passes with the same patch remove over 75% of all powder residue. Two or three patches take care of the bore cleaning.

These are great for cleaning your gun. I spray a little oil on and wipe the gun outside and inside, then toss them. They stick together a bit, so I pull each one off and make a pile of about 70 to clean the gun and all the 16 (10 round) clips. They are thick enough that you can clean with both sides, and I've already gone through an entire pack and they have never ripped. There is an occasional string here or there, but quite rare and you just toss that in the trash. I reordered rather than risk an inferior product for a lower price.

I cut these patches into three strips for using on my 6.5 creedmoor barrel and each strip really makes a long cleaning patch. By doing this I have just the right amount of friction to clean out carbon and copper, using good solvents of course. Kind of hate the little loose threads around the edges, but it's not a problem just by gently pulling them off. No big deal on that. I will be buying these again when I eventually run out.
