Simple, effective, I like it. The cable works well, charges like the factory one, and works well for data transfer as well. The cable was 47" long, more, than enough for most charging situations. The screen protector feels really great. It was easy to install (however, I recommend you wash your hands before installing it, and use an alcohol wipe on the watch surface and WAIT until it dries off, than use the included cloth), the small suction cup was an excellent addition and made install super easy. Came with 2 screen protectors. After installing, the 'finger feel' is almost the same as the original screen, however, since the Garmin 645M (that I used it on) isn't a touch screen, who cares right? in direct sunlight, there are no discolorations, or loss of contrast, and no 'rainbow effect' on the protector. The protector stays on even in salt water, and 95F. All in all, I'm supper happy with the purchase and would recommend it.

Aug 2020: The same holds true 2 years later as it does when I posted the original review. The screen protector is awesome. Here is a picture of the old one and new one. This is after 2 Tough mudders, 3 warrior dashes, mechanic work, home construction, and chasing 2 boys. It come wit 2 screen protectors, so I'm not sure when the last one was swapped, but either way it serves its purpose well. The crystal on the watch looks perfect. Sep 2018:I bought this because I was looking for a decent screen protector and I wanted a spare charge cable. I haven't had a single issue with the charge cable in the 3 months I have had it. The screen protector is far and away better than any other on the market. I paid less for this screen protector and charger combo than some of the screen protectors I have tried and this works significantly better. I would buy this again. I am still on #1 screen protector after 3 months. It does have 2 small chips, but that is after working on my truck and running the 11 mile Tough Mudder, so it is holding up well.

Great charging clip. Works perfectly with my Garmin 645 Music watch. Charging and data transfer work well with this one. Update: 2/4/20 I use the charging clip in the bathroom while showering and it is still working great! I love the screen protectors too! I was using another brand that didn't last as long, and had a rough edge. But not these! These have a nice smooth rounded edge that feels like you don't even have a screen protector on! Also I noticed the clarity is much better than the brand I was previously using. These stayed on very well, too! You just have to clean your screen with a really good glass cleaner (and also around the bezel and sides I found!), so that there are NO oils creeping onto the screen. My husband (who uses another brand screen protector) keeps getting lotion on the sides of his watch, which causes it to get under the screen protector and eventually lifts that part of it off. I told him just take his watch off when putting lotion on his dry skin. So, just a tip there.

I don't always write reviews but in this case I have to agree with others.. The cable is perfect and works great.. I love the extra length. Looks OEM to me. The screen protectors come with a nice cleaning cloth and a tiny suction cup to help put it on although it is not really required. It went on perfect as well. No bubbles and sucked right to the watch glass as if it were not even there. If anyone is getting bubbles you may have left some dirt behind. It has to be cleaned with 0 dust or dirt. It is not a product defect if you do not install it correctly. 5 stars for me.. Do not let any negative reviews stop you from this one.

Both the screen protectors and the charger work as expected and I have no issues there. The only thing that I did notice was when I went to the beach with my watch (didn't do any swimming), the adhesive start peeling off, causing a bubble around the bezel. It seems like having too much humidity around it may cause some issues.

Clip matches factory clip in size, shape, and quality. No deformations. No plastic flashing. Cable is 50% longer than factory, which helps when you are charging while at the computer. Clip works with Garmin Express as expected, and allows filesystem access. Screen protectors are easy to apply. No bubbles first try. Single protector layer, then place squarely from the edges. It will sink down and adhere over the course of about 2 seconds. Covers up very minor scuffs, and is scratch resistant. Is about 1mm smaller than actual screen, so it fits perfectly. The device almost seems like it was made to accept this protector.

works well as a replacement with my garmin watch. the one that came with the watch died after many years of use.

I was on a business trip and ended up losing my original charger that came with my Garmin Forerunner 35. I went to Best Buy, REI, and a number of other retail outdoor suppliers, no luck in finding a stand alone charger. I finally did find one, but they wanted more than double what I ended up paying for it on Amazon. The charger works great, you do need a USP port, (computer or wall port works great), plugged it in and it worked great. Absolutely no problems with the charger getting hot, it has worked every bit as well as the one that came with the watch. Good product, would recommend it.

Cord that comes with the watch is super short. Picked up one of these bad boys to route my cables behind my bedside table and it works great!

After-market USB cable is compatible with Garmin Forerunner 235 (and it appears to recharge the unit faster than the original Garmin cable). The cable is also slightly longer (its approx. 30") than the original cable that came with the Forerunner. The protective plastic cover (goes over the face of the Forerunner 235) was a perfect fit and easy to install. Overall -- a good product at at good price point.
