This product was a lifesaver after double jaw surgery and artificial joint replacement it’s really well priced and durable. You can use it frozen for cold or you can pop it in the microwave for heat plus it comes with two extra inserts for alternating use. I loved the shape&fit of this product It fits the natural shape of the jaw/face better because of the cut out in the middle opposed to others I’ve tried in the past ! the Velcro is great and sticks to any surface of the pack that allows for the ranges of swelling,. Lastly it’s soft and does not irritate your skin!

Very helpful during wisdom teeth extraction recovery. Came with an extra set of ice pack to rotate while one was in use. Also came with a bag to store the product in the freezer. Easy to use and comfortable to use.

I bought this for my wisdom teeth removal && I have to be honest when I was looking at it on Amazon I thought do I need this? YES! A thousand times yes. This thing is with EVERY PENNY!!!!!! Because of this i didn’t even need my pain meds. It’s very easy to use very comfortable! PAIN RELIEF TO THE MAX! So easy I got the package threw it in the freezer use for 20m at a time = heaven! If you are having anything facial done that will cause swelling get this do not hesitate. Also I got the pink one it’s beautiful!!!

You can put the packs in freezer for cold packs or 20 seconds in microwave for warm packs. My 18 year old grand daughter has been using hers in the pink color option and its really kept the swelling down, plus its comfortable to use. So glad I found this.

Get my wisdom teeth taken out next week and figured I’d order my own head wrap for it since the place doesn’t have very good ones. Seems like it will be pretty good hopefully not too tight after procedure! Will update if I can! UPDATE- I personally like this one! It says cold for a while for me I haven’t heated them up and prob won’t honestly but it has kept my swelling down along w propping my head up at night!

Life saver after wisdom teeth extractions! It made recovery so much easier since I didn’t have to hold the ice packs to my face—my hands were free to use my phone or do other things. The size worked well for me, though someone with a very large head might find it snug. Easy to use, and I love that it comes with 4 gel packs so there’s always a pair in the freezer. Highly recommend!

PERFECT!! I wish I would have gotten this before I had my wisdom teeth extraction. Got all my wisdom teeth removed 3 days ago and my face has been swollen since. Got tired of holding ice packs to my cheeks and saw this and decided to give it a try. Highly recommend! It was too cold on my skin so I grabbed two napkins and it is a game changer! I also have to have jaw surgery later this year so I’m sure I’ll get my moneys worth.

Wrap - good. Ice packs - weak. They don't stay cold very long at all. Set included 4 ice packs and a bag to keep them in the freezer, to separate them from food. The design of the wrap is is great - the wrap stays in place the ice packs are exactly where they should be. I got this for my son's wisdom teeth removal. 2 gel ice packs fit into pockets on either side of the wrap. Wrap is soft and is easy to adjust and secure with velcro. The issue is the ice packs don't stay cold for very long at all. I used all four packs in no time at all, and there was no time to have them get cold enough to keep using. I ended up using the wrap just to hold different ice packs, while the included ice packs were refreezing. Overall - because the ice packs are so weak, even with the good wrap design I can't really recommend.

J’ai acheté ces poches de chaud/froid suite à l’extraction des dents de sagesse de mon fils. La taille est parfaite pour s’adapter au visage, elles restent bien en place et procurent un vrai confort. En version froide, elles réduisent rapidement le gonflement et les douleurs, et en version chaude, elles aident à détendre les muscles après quelques jours. Nous les utilisons depuis régulièrement. Le fait de pouvoir les réutiliser est très pratique et économique.

The main problem is that the product fails at his core goal - you heat the pads as instructed and they don’t keep the temperature long enough for you to benefit (20min minimum). They last about 10 and then they have to be reheated

I finally found the perfect wrap for jaw pain. Excellent price. Excellent quality. This wrap comes with four inserts so you don't have to wait for refreezing. It's a little snug but it's stretchable. I think it would be perfect for wisdom teeth surgery also.
