Great product quality
Best blender ever . It last forever, I recently upgraded to a new blender but unfortunately it was not the best decision. I returned it and get back to the same blender I had for couple of years but it was a little bit old and decided to get the same one again but different color and I love the color and the blender . Easy to assemble, clean and use. Will never regret buying it again.

Where has this been all my life?
I make smoothies every day for my husband for breakfast. He is not a person that wants to eat anything in the morning, but has zero issue with drinking a smoothie. He also is not a big vegetable eater so this is great because I can get them in his diet! I had been battling with the Ninja for ever. Worked fine, but cups were super small, limited on the ingredients I could get in it and because it held such a small amount getting the blade on before blending was a nightmare, overflowing and losing half.. Upgraded to this and WOW! Very large cups, can fit everything I could want to add and still lots of room so it is able to blend perfectly! I should have done this a year ago!! Unsure why I made myself struggle for so long… we use this daily and so happy about this upgrade!! Not to mention the adorable purple color!!

Update after using for a year and a half
Update - A year and a half in, and I still love my Nutribullet! One important hack though - I found out by accident when the O-ring came loose while blending that it gets really gunky up under there. So I started popping the O-ring out and cleaning the actual ring and the channel underneath about every 2 - 3 days, using a stainless straw cleaning brush (kinda like a pipe cleaner). Then, you have to get the O-ring seated properly back into the channel, which isn't always easy. While this solved the problem, the process was kind of a pain. Until ... I forgot to put the O-ring back in one morning and discovered that you don't even need it! As long as you don't overfill the cup and make sure the lid is on TIGHT, it doesn't leak at all. So, I just ditched the O-ring completely. MUCH easier! One more modification I found that makes this product better - the little black rubber "feet" on the bottom started leaving black marks on our white countertops. I got tired of always needed a paper towel underneath the appliance, so I yanked out the black rubber feet and replaced with 3/4" round adhesive felt pads. Big improvement. I just unboxed this and tried it for the first time this morning. So far, I love it. I've been using a Ninja to make morning smoothies for several years. With the Ninja, it was hard to get the lid/blade assembly seated properly, the cup is small so I had to do the whole process twice to make a smoothie for myself and my husband, and it's loud. Also, despite blending for a LONG time, the smoothies were still kind of "chewy." This new Nutribullet is quieter and more powerful, blends the ingredients into a smoother drink, and best of all, with the 32 oz cup, I can make 2 smoothies worth at once. Between the extra power and the bigger cup, it's SO much faster! The Nutribullet is everything I hoped for, and more.

Great smaller counter top blender
This is an awesome, smaller blender. I use it everyday. I use it for sauces, smoothies, pretty much anything I could throw in it. Its definitely better than my cheaper Hamilton. Beach. It's handled pretty much everything I threw at it. It's easy to clean. I do like how there's multiple longer blades in it. It has the cup attachment that also came with it that you could screw over the threads so you don't hurt your lips trying to drink out of the actual cup. It's a fairly portable, heavy duty motor seems like a straight beast. I'm actually pretty surprised that the noise level isn't as loud as you would think it would be for the blending power it has.

Go-to blender for smoothies
Excellent blender for making smoothies. Perfect size—I wouldn’t go any smaller. But bigger is not necessary. And we don’t need dozens of cups or lids. Two is plenty, but the smaller size ones are useless, unless you like making very small smoothies. Love the 32 oz size cups.

love my Nutri bullet!
i was told about these by a friend. These big 900 W bullets do the job! they grind up EVERYTHING! no little bits and pieces of greens floating around. this is my second one, ONLY because i wanted this color! my last one was still going strong. so I gave it to family. the only not easy thing is cleaning. It says not to take out the gasket, but if you don't it will build up and look nasty. So taking out the gasket is tricky, i have to use some sort of "tool" to get it out and Im afraid it will ruin it. if it was easier id give it 5* straight across the board. The size isn't too big and not to small. I can make a large smoothie for me or two smaller sizes for two of us. ABSOLUTLY PERFECT!

Defective - Ridiculous Customer Service!
I bought this to replace a 10 year old unit. Used it 5 times and the gasket fell out. Nutribullet said the gasket was factory installed and not to use it if it comes out. I go back and forth with Nutribullet customer service, providing them with receipt, pictures, etc. For a new item. They said during this interchange that the customer should not put more than 25% frozen items in the cup when mixing. Otherwise the gasket can get too cold and fall out. So know if you buy this, you can only make lukewarm smoothies. After 10 days, Nutribullet said that their defective item is covered under warranty and for $4.99 shipping plus tax, they will send me a new blade unit. BUT, it will be 6-8 WEEKS before they are back in stock. They suggested that I reach back out to them at that time. I have no choice but to return the Nutribullet, I don’t think that waiting months for a replacement part is a reasonable solution.
