Brilliant space savers - sturdy - easy to use too!
I've used the bigger Hadopots for growing vegetables in before so thought this year I'd give these 1 litre ones a go for potting seedlings on until ready to go out into the raised beds . . .I've bought 100 (for now!)Been growing veg in my Liverpool gardens for 30 years on and off now. I was impressed with the bigger ones after growing potatoes- tomatoes- cucumbers - onions and more in them! These are well made little 1litre pots/bags.- Designed to have a flat base to sit on when filled.- They have the drainage holes already in.- Thick enough to stand upright when full and watered.- Can be butted up together saving a ton of precious space in small places like small growhouses (which I use) and windowsills!- Obviously being black, they appear to absorb heat and retain it which can only promote growth and of course they're easily moved in/out of the sun into shade or shelter if need be!I've currently got sunflowers - tomatoes - spinach - sweetcorn - lettuce seedlings 🌱🌱🌱 doing very well in these mighty little things.I can only recommend them to any budding 👀 or experienced gardeners out there 👍🏼Oh and If looked after, can be cleaned and reused.Which I've done with the bigger ones! 👌🏼

A little smaller than I expected
Somehow I was expecting it to be bigger.... (milk for comparison- its not a snug fit but not far off- I guess the milk are not filled as close to the top as Id assumed- god knows how I sometimes make such a mess pouring when they are full if thats the case).Anyway, while I was expecting them to be squarer, I was expecting a bit more depth than I got. I figure a photo will help other judge the scale better than I did... I should have ordered bigger pots for the plants I wanted to pot up I think.

Don't expect a 1 ltr size pot
Arrived as expected but unfortunately a lot smaller than expected. I ordered these as it stated 1 ltr but unfortunately they were the same size as the little pots I have plenty of. Although small they are good quality and useable.

good
very useful bags, slightly bigger than a small flowerpot, so easy to use and they dont break up like peat pots, they do drain very well so use a dish if you use indoors, fast delivery too

used before
I have used these before in various sizes for doing every from starting seedlings off in the smaller ones to growing potatoes in the large ones, I have even got 2 young fruit trees getting established in the largest ones. I love these as you can start with the pots close together then leave space between them as plants get bigger. I have even got largest ones on wood platforms so that they can be moved if necessary. with these smaller ones when they are finished with they fold flat for storage therefore saving loads of space compared to rigid pots.
