Good delivery and condition. Frame is raw and unfinished as expected. Have used a few coats of wood preserver to extend its life otherwise perfect

The original old sieves are very expensive, this is a modern equivalent just as good!

Item might well be ideal for '"dusting over seeds" as stated and whilst its well made its not robust and I regret I did return it. Suitable only for very lightweight riddling.

This is what a garden riddle should be, properly made, the correct size, sturdy and long lasting. I have had a plastic one which was far too small and pretty useless. This one is the first I could find like the one my father used to use. It is needed for sifting compost for potting on young plants. A very good find!

Product well made and works well

My 1/4 inch sieve is 4+ decades old and the metal sieve part is tired, old and rusted through. I wanted a similar replacement and this sieve adequately plays the part. Diameter is not as wide as the previous one but will play an important part in sifting fine compost.
