Really affordable price, sound quality pretty good.I work for a large stadium security company... Sometimes large volumes of noise can't hear very well.. however that is expected with any product.All in all I do recommend this product decent quality the price.

If I could give it 0 stars, I would. I've bought 3 ear pieces. All three stop working within a few weeks of wearing. The company said they will send me a new one and till this date, I AM STILL WAITING FOR THAT REPLACEMENT. Horrible quality and customer service is bad too. Don't waste your money.

Ear bud doesn’t really stays in your ear, keep coming off as you turning your head around. Which you have to, can’t stay like a robot. Sound quality is not bad.

Used it for 8hrs (1 shift), was told the mic sounded scratchy, the next day nothing worked. Probably a broken wire somewhere, but now I have to go thru the hassle of returning it and if they will accept it, etc.

Use it for security at church. Much louder than the factory Motorola headset
