Price not too high and quality not too high as well. It works but it could be better.

The foam roller and balls are decent in quality, but the roller is too small in diameter for adult use. It feels more suitable for kids or teens. Not ideal if you’re looking for full support during workouts or recovery.

Less Quality , Broken while rolling in two weeks use

Both rollers are good for deep tissue massaging. If you're sensitive with less pain tolerance opt for the smooth one. Both balls are too hard and useless (I was expecting a tennis ball softness at least)
