Comparable to other feminine probiotics, plus vitamins
My gynae suggested that I try probiotics designed for women (on the basis of 'can't harm, might help'), and over the past few months of taking them I have noticed a significant reduction in my usual discharge and haven't suffered any BV issues, which is a win after months of antibiotics. Other reviews have commented about the fillers contained in these capsules, but every capsule or tablet you will ever take requires a medium for the active ingredients, so this is absolutely normal. In this case, the filler is calcium phosphate, which you would be ingesting if you took calcium supplements, so I would consider this a positive addition for my bone strength - and they even include the vitamin D you need to be able to absorb it. There are no objectively weird or unnecessary ingredients in here. If you want a probiotic for vaginal health, these are a good option and decent value.

Not noticed any results, personally
Arrived quickly. Minimal packaging. Easy to swallow. Not impressed with additives they have in them, and not had any noticeable results from using them the last 2 months (1 very second day). However, I have not got a cold this winter, so far, so maybe a result of this supplement, hard to say.

A lot of filler
These are the ingredients:Bulking agent: Calcium Phosphate (E 431), Capsule (Hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose, Gelling agent: Gellan gum (E 418), Coloring agent: Iron oxide and hydroxide (E 172)), Limosulactobacillus reuteri LR92, Limosilactobacillus fermentum BGP93, Anticaking agent: Silicon dioxide (E 551), Magnesium salts of fatty acids (E 470b); Lacticaseibacillus casei SP1, Sodium Selenite, Lacticaseibacillus rhamnosus CS57, Zinc oxide, Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine hydrochloride), Riboflavin (Vit. B2), Thiamine hydrocloride (Vit. B1), Folic acid (Vit. B9) , Vitamin D (Cholecalciferol), Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobolamin). So the first five ingredients are non-beneficial fillers/capsule. There are also some vitamins/minerals that you'll probably be getting already in your multivitamins. So the only actual cultures are:• Limosulactobacillus reuteri LR92 - a lactic acid bacterium found in a variety of natural environments, including the gastrointestinal tract of humans and other animals. It does not appear to be pathogenic and may have health effect.• Limosilactobacillus fermentum BGP93 - associated with active dental caries lesion and also commonly found in fermenting animal and plant materia including sourdough and cocoa fermentation. A few strains are considered probiotic or "friendly" bacteria in animals.• Lacticaseibacillus casei SP1 - continues to be extensively studied by health scientists. Commercially, L. casei is used in fermenting dairy products and its application as a probiotic.• Lacticaseibacillus rhamnosus CS57 - used as probiotic and are particularly useful in treating infections of the female urogenital tract, most particularly very difficult to treat cases of bacterial vaginosis. So there does seem to be some beneficial ingredients here, albeit for quite a high price at £15 (currently reduced to £12) for 30 tablets, which equates to 50p (currently 40p) per tablet. There are supposedly 4 billion live cultures per tablet but I haven't finished counting them all lol.You may wish to shop around before buying!

High quality one-a-day multi-vitamin, minerals and probiotics specifically for women
Balance Activ HerFlora is a supplement containing multi-vitamins minerals and live cultures, specifically formulated to support female health. They are manufactured by an Italian pharmaceutical company (as such they will be highly regulated). Distributed by Venture Life Group, the Balance Activ brand specialises in women's health; they have a very informative website, with a simple but effective symptom checker. Each box contains 30 one-a-day capsules(individually packaged in two blister packs), each delivering:- a blend of four specifically selected Lactobacillus strains (reuteri LR92, rhamnosus CS57, fermentum BGP93, and casei SP1)— Four billion CFU in total; different CFU amounts have been found useful for different needs, and, according to studies, more is not always better.- 60% of the average daily dose of Zinc required by a healthy person to prevent deficencies(NRV),- 100% NRV of Selenium, Vitamin D, and Vitamin B1 (Thiamine), B2 (Riboflavin), B6, B12 and B9 (Folic Acid). The capsules also contain Calcium Phosphate (bulking agent), Silicon Dioxide and Magnesium Stearate (a.k.a. Magnesium salts of fatty acids) (anticaking agents); the capsule is hypromellose (HPMC) and also contains gellan gum, and Iron Oxide and Hydroxide (a colourant that makes it bright yellow). They are easy to swallow and the directions state to take them with "plenty of water, during meals"—this is to ensure that they won't disintegrate until they reach your stomach, as well as maximum absorbtion. The information on their packaging is very clear, it has the name and address for both manufacturer and distributor, nutritional information, full list of ingredients, batch number for traceability. The shelf-life from receipt was just over 22 months, which is good.At the time of writing, this product worked out at 40 pence per capsule, which seems to be good value for what appears to be a trustworthy and high quality product.

So So
Some great ingredients in this but waaay too many fillers and E Numbers. So unnecessary 🤦🏼♀️🙅♀️Price point would be fair if they didn’t contain these yucky additives. While unlikely to cause great harm unless you have an outright allergy to them I just don’t see the need. It’s a shame really. I will finish these off to avoid wasting them but I won’t be taking them every day I will leave a large gap between taking them just due to the amount of fillers etc. These have potential but I won’t be purchasing again and can’t recommend atm unfortunately.
