It’s a bit pricey but I think it’s a great cutting board.. I have no buyers regret

Just received, looks nice good size & weight. Seems to be a good value. Good color. Nice and smooth for easy cleaning.

I was very excited for this cutting board considering the nice wood color and craftsmanship details. Took about four weeks to receive it which makes sense since its handmade. Unfortunately it completely warped after using less than 10 times in 3-weeks. I'm not able to use it anymore as it's not flat and keeps sliding off the countertop. Its also permanently stained by food / olive oil which wont wash off. I washed the board carefully only 3 times (most of the time wipe it with a damp towel), and I generally take very good care of my kitchenware, especially handmade items. It's very unfortunate considering how nice the wood is.

Sapele is a new wood to me, but hoping this fast growing African tree is a good source of sustainable wood in the future. It’s beautiful board with rich looking grain, explains why it’s being used more and more in different applications.

Gave this to my sister as a gift and she actually gave me the same thing! Been using for months and it’s been perfect. I like that it’s a solid piece of wood and healthier than plastic or composite wood. Looks nice on the counter and easy to clean.
