This is perfect. I wondered if it would be grainy but it disolves perfectly. I like that you can control the thickness. Mostly I have decided recently that the planet might be in better shape if we stopped transporting water all over the world. I'm moving to concentrated or dried goods wherever possible.Less volume = less space in a container, truck, store, shelf etc. I have water in my tap.

I was looking for an alternate for discontinued coconut flat white coffee pods. THIS IS IT!! Coconut milk powder delivered and I immediately made some up and used it to make coffee. It is so much nicer than the pods. I'm going to make some ice cream and a Piña colada smoothie next. It's so good, and versatile from drinks to curries, deserts and more. Just mix with a little warm water and hey presto. It's light, froths well, is creamy and subtly naturally coconutty. And it's perfect for the vegans or lacto sensitives, no milk!

It's the first time I've used coconut milk powder to make a curry, and it's not been watery.A great alternative for canned coconut milk, which seems to have become really quite expensive!Good value and mixes up nicely.

Item is advertised as gluten free - but it's NOT!!It has a may contain wheat label on the packaging which you can't see on the images! Because it stated gluten free, you think it's safe but it's not! Already opened it before I realised

So versatile, I use it when making Thai Curry, make it from scratch with stock, Fish sauce, lime juice garlic and chilli, this thickens the sauce and it's a great favourite. takes less space than tins

Similar to Maggi’s Srilankan coconut milk powder. Great for making coconut milk. Nice coconut flavour.well packaged and arrived safely.
