I love this colostrum! I’ve bought it twice now. I have not experienced any negative side effects in adding it to my daily routine. I feel like it’s truly unflavored-I usually put it in some coconut water and it doesn’t affect the taste. It dissolves pretty well-I put it in my glass first and then add the coconut water, let it sit for a few minutes, and then mix whatever hasn’t dissolved with a spoon. I’ve also added it to smoothies. I have noticed positive changes including less bloating and clearer skin. The two biggest benefits for me though are that it strengthens immunity and how it helps with muscle recovery. I absolutely believe that it has strengthened my immune system and if I do catch something, the time that I don’t feel well is decreased. I’m a runner and recently completed a half marathon. During training, I felt completely different than training in the past-I was able to give stronger effort and had no pain at all. I have previously had knee pain but when taking this consistently, I don’t. I actually ran out during my training and ran the half without having been using it consistently, and ended up with some knee pain during the race. I very quickly ordered more because I want to avoid that for future runs! My husband has also started taking it, which says something about how much it has benefited me! I’m a huge fan and will continue to use it!
