Good but quality average
The teeth lock are too brittle. Breaks with slight pressure. Can B used only for the thin shade net cloth but not strong enough to use on knitted borders or if net is folded in 2 ply. It mostly breaks when net folds are fixed. If using straight on rope and plain net it works. Normally these clips Quality should have been better and stronger to use even if folding in 2 ply net or at knitted edges at borders

Novel Substitute for eyelets on sunscreen Mesh fabric
Pros - allows a claw type grab on mesh fabric, leaving you with an eyelet + pipe-like rope insert. Both features are useful if you are putting up a heat-shield garden mesh tarpaulin.Reasonably strong grip on the fabric.Cons - cannot be used on plain tarpaulins. To engage the set of 7 claws on the fabric, care is needed to push the thorn side of the claw in through the fabric FIRST, then close the jaw of the clamp holes slowly over the thorns. Not clear if the clamps are UV resistant plastic, because they must withstand sunlight over time....This item is useful ONLY whenever there are no eyelets in the mesh fabric, or on fabric side where eyelets have not been provided.
