Non-Fat Dry Milk Organic, 12 oz by Now Foods (Pack of 3)

This is the powdered milk I've been looking for: it mixes in easily, tastes good, and is organic. I'll be buying this again and checking out other products from this company. Well done! Highly recommended!

I've bought this several times. Tastes great and blends easy.Long shelf life. Even after opening, I leave it on the counter, and it's fine.I use it everyday in my tea and coffee. Super handy for travel as well.The only problem I had was adding it to tomato soup.It curdled, and I ended up with little cheese balls in the soup.Still tasted good though.

For making white chocolate - delish!

Product is good. Service from company is very poor and delivery time was outrageous. Package came damaged but product was not damaged. Will not buy from them again.

Using cold, filtered water helps. I just use a wire whip to blend, twirling between my palms to finish, after the usual grip for incorporating powder into liquid.

I really like this product. I can't vouch for how it is in baked goods, or mixed as a glass of milk to drink by itself. I have been adding it to coffee and tea, and it adds a creamy, delicious taste. In the past I tried using another product, whole powdered milk by a different company, and it didn't really dissolve right. If the tea or coffee is hot, this blends really well. I like adding it to a cup of coffee and then adding a little vanilla extract sometimes, which makes it even better!

Use with my yogurt maker. Thickens it up.
