Not the best ashwaghanda I've taken. But it is effective. If I were to rate it 1 out of 100, 100 being the most effective ashwaghanda I've ever taken, it'd be a solid... 75. I've had better KSM-66 Than this. But the price + quality is hard to match, so I will probably be a repeat customer..... Unless another company pops up with the same equivalent dosage of Shoden Ashwaghanda, or Ksm-66, or a combo of both extracts, for the same price or cheaper .. then I'd probably try a different brand. Solid 4 stars.
