Quality issues

Looks great, feels quite comfortable but the quality is the worst you can get. Took it 90 minutes to tear the top of the neck!! And the 90 minutes I was literally sitting at a coffee house not in a football game. Cartoon board would have survived more than that 😂😂😂😂
