Lathers up very nicely, has a pleasant scent. I feel so clean when I use this cleansing bar. So much better than plain soap. Wish it wasn’t so expensive, but I’d say definitely worth it. Highly recommend.

I have bought this 3 times for ex-captain onion arms. The scent is great, lavender is my favorite. It's not an overpowering scent and the soap lathers so well, it feels so soft. The best part, my trrn who has struggled with onion arms, no longer does. Thank goodness. I was at my wits end. The value for the money, of being able to banish onion arms is cannot be understated. 9 out of 10.

Lume Acidified Cleansing Bar lathers nicely, rinses clean and leaves no film. It gently cleanses and is not irritating. It is mild enough to use all over the body. The unscented bar has an inoffensive fresh and natural scent.

4/25/2024: First Use = very sudsy! I created a giant soap bubble about 6” in diameter between my arm and chest while rubbing the soap on my body. Great soap up experience. (I rub the bar directly on my wet skin.) I felt so clean after. Squeaky clean! The scent of “lavender safe” is only recognizable when you first hold the bar up to your nose. I could not smell it during use in shower and I definitely can’t smell it on my skin. There is definitely no residue left on skin. I don’t know why anyone would think the bar would be moisturizing. It’s acidified. I think of what has acidic PHs like citrus fruits etc and those things are not used in moisturizing. So it makes sense to me that my arms are super dry after toweling off from using the acidified bar. I wouldn’t expect a bad with an acidic ph to moisturize and it doesn’t not. That’s the only down side so far. Is the dry arms and legs. But I feel more clean than usual. I’m a dr Bronner Castile bar used. I can see now how that is moisturizing but probably leaves A residue to be so. I’m not a smelly person at all but I’m having an issue with hives and I’m trying this bar to see if it helps by changing the PH of my skin surface. I like how clean I feel. I miss smelling my soap and I don’t like the dryness but I love how clean this feels! I’ll be back to comment if it helped with my acute body issue (hives). April 4 2024 update: Went to dermatologist she says this soap won’t have an impact on hives. She also told me Mandelic acid peels the skin (makes sense it’s an acid and acids exfoliate). I noticed skin peeling (sloughing off) under my boobs. More importantly, look at my photos. New bar is unused Dr Bronner’s 5oz, for size compare. (Lume bar before use is also 5oz). I took 11 showers. 11 days from first use to the photos and the bad is down to a sliver. 11 days!! All the soap did was dry out the skin on my arms and legs. I’m not saying this is a bad soap. I’m saying it’s not moisturizing and it’s drying and it simply does not last long. It was worn to a sliver in 11 days and I honestly take quick showers and I don’t soap up my back or my feet or legs. I do the torso, arms, pits and bits. I also store the bar up high away from water so it’s not disintegrating when not in use. I rub the bar right on my skin and my skin is not made of sandpaper grit lol. There is no abnormal use or extra washing happening. 11 quick showers, one a day, and it’s nearly gone. My recommendation - Do not buy the acidified bar - you’re wasting your money and drying out your skin. I’m done with this product.

This is the only bar soap that keeps me fresh all day and actually gets the smell out. Helps with the bumps on my arms too

Regularly use unscented Lume acidified bar. It WORKS. HIGHLY recommend for long term body odor removal. Pair w a good deoderant/antiperspirant and you are set for daaaaays. At least, I am!! Going to try this 🍊 scented one. I ALSO use it as ocassional shampoo because eradicates scalp stink like nothing else.

It's a wonderful light smell, lasts forever!! And sensitive skin approved! Though I would have this as like a secondary wash?? Like a wash after wash?? It kinda leaves that bar soap coating...

A little pricey but worth it. One bar lasts a bit. My husband and I have sensitive skin, no issues! I feel squeaky clean afterwards. It really clears up odors! Especially for us ladies around that time of the month, when our hormones are fluctuating - this stuff works great.
