I was very impressed when I opened this tin of matcha and saw how vibrant green it was. It is a great quality of matcha and the flavor is strong. It smells floral and sweet, and goes great in lattes. The only downside is when I went to order more, it was out of stock and Amazon says they are not sure if or when it will be back in stock. I really hope it comes back because although I like experimenting with different matchas, it’s comforting to have a go to matcha you can depend on.

I’ve been making an iced honey matcha latte every day for myself, and it gives me just the right amount of energy to stay focused, without the crash I get from coffee.As a STEM major with long days of studying and working, this has become part of my daily routine. The quality is definitely ceremonial grade — it whisks beautifully with no clumps, and the vibrant green color is gorgeous.The only thing I wish is that they sold a 100g bag — the 30g runs out way too fast when you’re using it every day like I do!
