I love the comfort of the AICE3, I was afraid it might be heavy, but it feels good on my neck.The auto cooling of the AIEC3 feels great & is such a cool function. The packaging was pretty cool and the look of the AIEC3 is very modern. Great for giving as a gift, I know my friends who live in a hot summer climate would love one of these. I like that there is a stand for it while not in use & also there is a bag to carry it in for on the go.Also, not that I was purchasing it for the music function, but it is a great bonus to have and to be able to answer phone calls. I love that there is the heart rate, and exercise monitoring options just like an Apple I-watch.I have a big yard with fruit trees, roses and many flowers so to have this auto cooling device along with it being able to monitor my exercise as I work in my yard & have music is just the best for me. I’m looking forward to using it daily.

This product was great, and it did work to cool me down. But the AI square in the back of the neck did heat up and got uncomfortable. I loved how my phone and music connected through it Bluetooth. It got colder than others I've tried. Truly an amazing concept. Just that heat that was created from the back is the only reason I'm returning it. I was working in a 100° weather. The fan definitely helped and the side plates got nice and cold.

The build quality is very nice very premium feeling and good design as well as the unboxing experience if you’re into that.I’ve had over heating issues with this cooler. Itll work great sometimes but then sometimes the back gets so hot in feels like the back of my neck is burning then the app says it’s in a hot environment and reduces output. I can’t properly say how well it works because I’ve not had it continuously work on one charge.The health monitoring is a uhh ok gimmick, I’d rather have a bigger battery, third cooling plate or a better speaker.Speaking of which I do like the idea of combining a speaker in this project however the placement, behind your neck pointing down is about the worse location for it so great Idea, just poorly executed. The verdict, Sadly I can’t recommend this product

2023-08-29 2nd Edit: Honestly I still haven't downloaded the app but that's okay because it still cools pretty well even without it. I will say however what people are saying in here is true and that there are limitations. You probably won't be staying cool in a 100+ degree kitchen even with this, but if it's 10-15 degrees too warm compared to where you're comfortable and you're mostly idle, this will probably keep you in that comfortable spot. I do want to thank RANVOO for their customer service on my matter earlier as well.2023-07-11 EDIT: After talking with customer service they did end up accepting my return and sending me a new device to compensate for the formerly malfunctioning device free of charge. I've only tried it again without the app and so far it's working and does keep me fairly cool so long as it's not above 80-85 degrees in my environment. I'll be downloading the app and testing it some more and update this review. I do want to say though that while at first I had issues with their customer service not understanding my problem they have definitely tried to make it up to me and I appreciate that.Below this line is a former review, I am keeping it for historical purposes.-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------OLD REVIEW:Got a broken one but what disappoints me the most is how terrible the customer service is. After telling them my issues MULTIPLE TIMES, they continue to repeat themselves like a robot asking me to send them a video which:1. Amazon messages with customer service doesn't allow2. Through their garbage app, WHICH LOCKS YOU INTO A CONNECT TO DEVICE SCREEN, AND DOESN'T LET YOU PROGRESS ANY FURTHER UNLESS YOUR DEVICE IS CONNECT TO THE APP, EVEN IF THE PROBLEM IN QUESTION IS THAT THE DEVICE CANNOT TO THE APP IN THE FIRST PLACE!.So here's your video of your device being broken RANVOO, as part of a scathing review against your product and your customer service who made me repeat myself constantly and offered no real solutions besides "Have you tried connecting to the app with your broken device"? I'm paraphrasing but essentially they just spat that out at me like 4 times in a row which is why I'm mad and writing this in the first place. Needless to say, I'm returning the item.

After 10 min of use everything works well but it died on me not sure battery was bad but feels like motherboard issue? the fan and cooling stopped 5 min in then the whole thing shut off after around 10min. I put it in return because I don’t want have go back and forth for 30 days and unable get my money back since this almost 400$. “Everything was up to date “ it’s a good concept with monitoring system but it needs 1year or 2year working status. If not well at 400$ what the point this suppose be product for every season as it clams to be..Edit: after I returned it I was given anther by Ranvoon and the person that really help me Evelyn help me on last one had replace it very quickly and was helpful I have had it for a wail and knowing Hawaii being humid and hot in 90f it really dose a good job and because Evelyn help me I retracted the one star I have gave to 4 star because to be honest that alone shows how they are trying make you consumer trust in there product.. thank you for reading and thank you Evelyn for wonderful consumer service.
