Does the job for Raspberry Pi 3 Model B+
I was using a Raspberry Pi Model 3 B+ as a printer server. No Raspberry pi's come with a power supply because apparently everyone has old spare mobile phone chargers. However this fails to take into account most old chargers are 1A or less, and the rpi constantly complains about having low voltage. This power supply fixed the problem immediately and also has a handy on/off switch which saves the power port (although you'd be better shutting down the rpi properly rather than just cutting the power to avoid SD card corruption). I'm happy with this power supply. Decent price, a micro USB connector (becoming more rare now and no-one wants to mess about with Usb‐C to micro USB adaptors) and a UK plug, despite the photo on amazon and the illustration on the box.

Simple and Works
Bought to replace a Pi 3b PSU's frayed cable. I like the power switch as it made quickly restarting a stuck PI easy. Seems like it'll do the job for a while so no complaints so far as have been using now for a few months

Good third-party power supply
Currently using this with an original Raspberry Pi B+, works fine, no issues. The in-line power switch is appreciated.

Powerful & Small
This power pack was just what I was looking for to complete an electronics project I had going on. Some of the cheaper powerpacks are not regulated, so the voltage would not be set at 5 volts and could cause circuit damage. This one is set at just over 5 volts which is perfect. It comes with a micro USB connection (NOT THE C TYPE) to fit the Raspberry Pi, and a really handy in-line switch. The whole thing from mains plug to USB is about 1.5m long. This may not be long enough for some people. This wasn't an issue for me. I haven't fully tested it at 3 Amps, but it is managing to drive two reasonably large motors via a PWM H-Bridge board with no apparent volt-drop. Usually the Pi powerpacks are only 2 Amps, so this one is extra powerful. It's also very small and compact. A very useful item. Recommended purchase.

Solved my problem
I know this is a bit of a weird review - especially if you watch the video. I used this to control some talking pumpkins in my magical themed mancave and it provided enough power to get over the lag between the video and audio. The lip sync still isn’t perfect but it’s much better than it was!

Works
Had a little yellow lightning symbol on the screen as the pi wasn't getting enough power before, but now it's getting enough power to be happy.

Does the job
Decent quality power supply, does the job and it isn't bad value for money. Using it to power a Raspberry Pi 2w and it works well. I think the switch is in an annoying place, if you're tinkering with the Pi the switch can be too close to the Pi, so it's easy to accidentally switch it off which is a bit annoying

Gives the Pi what it needs
Price at review: £9.99 So the listing for this power supply doesn't tell you about a very important and useful feature of this power supply which is that it supplies more than the typical 5.0 volts. At zero load this power supply gives 5.45 volts of power, only dropping to just over 5 volts at the full 3 amp load. This is very important because Raspberry Pi single board computers like that bit of extra voltage and its very common when using things like a typical USB charger as a power supply to get warnings on the Pi screen saying the voltage is dropping out under load. That doesn't happen with this power supply. This is such an important feature I don't know why its missing from the listing. Additionally the power supply has a safety cut out that if you exceed 3.1 amps it will cut the power. This is exactly what you need to protect against short circuits. I've tested this both with a Pi and on a test rig for hours and on the test rig cranked up to the full 3 amp load. Everything worked smoothly and nothing overheated. It also has an on-off switch which useful if your project is not always on. I very much recommend this.
