Yerba Mate La Selva to Alleviate Stress (para nerviosos)

Good flavour, a bit too dusty really, but most of all the issue is that it does not work "para nervioos", it is highly stimulant of the digestive system (accelerates it) and the nervous system. For any potential customers, be mindful and try it in small amounts before you decide if it is for you, as you could experience a different effect than desired. Otherwise enjoyable.

It's not what it should be It's like a dust

I bought this one because I thought it would have less caffeine and wouldn't stimulate me that much. To be honest I don't feel much of a difference... Still gave me headache :( Even though I didn't drink much at all The taste was good so I give it two stars rather than one
