Love the results
I've recently been doing lots and lots of research on supplements - don't want to take something that isn't backed by scientific research and don't want to pass up on something that will help me. And I'm tired of taking capsules! This led me to these drops. I've been taking them for a few months now and the results are hard to ignore. My hair and nails have improved so much I'm kind of amazed. I'm in my late 70s and I've never been happier with my hair. My nails have always been thin and peeling no matter what I do to them but now they are hard - better than they've ever been. The taste is very good, and the bottle seems to last a very long time.

Hair growth
I have been taking this religiously with a multivitamin. My hair went from thinning to regrowth and length! The taste is not bitter either and it is a smooth texture. The dropper with the markings makes it easy to see how much liquid to take. I recommend this to anyone needing biotin in their regimen.

I do love the larger 4 oz. bottle size!!!! That's a plus for sure, especially if I get the results I'm hoping for. I'll update my review after 6 weeks to report any good, or any "lack of" results. :)

Easy to take & good for hair.
Love this and easy delivery to my system. Very effective for hair. Easy to dispense under tongue and to swallow. Not on strengthening my nail strength., I don't get any improvement there.
