I bought the Klarstein Gaia 12 Jar Yoghurt Maker Digital after watching a video on how to make vegan yoghurts on youtube. The blogger was using one. It's very simple to use. From the first batch, my yoghurts were delicious and firm. I strongly recommend it.

It is really easy to use, I successfully made the yogurt at the first time!Little advice: usage of greek yogurt makes it better!

This machine is as cheaply made as its cheaper competitors. The only advantage is the enclosed recipe booklet.

Timer can only be set for a maximum of 15 hours, so this yogurt maker can not be used for making SCD yogurt. The 15 hour restriction is not mentioned anywhere and is so unnecessary, why not just have a 24 hour timer???Further, the box came without any manual or paper of any kind. Am I supposed to guess how it works?Not impressed.
