Functional, but be careful of clips!
Still hoping someone makes a cake tray that holds a cake in place. The clips on this tray arenāt very trustworthy and Iāve lost a cake that way, shifting around and then sliding half out as one of the clips undid and the lid clamped on half my cake.I think I thought it was clipped when it wasnāt, been careful ever since, but Iāve been close to making the same mistake again.(I only hold it from the bottom, not the handle now)I purchased it because it looks like it can hold a two tier cake. (Not mine I guess)Otherwise I love that itās collapsible and I love the cup cake tray although I havenāt used it yet.

Have Cupcakes Will Travel
A well-built, well-designed carrier. I bought this to carry cupcakes, but it will also work for layer cake or even pie. the cupcake insert is removable, so I don't have to use a cake board. I love the way the top collapses when you push it down, so this carrier does not use up as much storage space. The only negative thing I have to say is that I have no faith in the handle on top. It looks like it might slip out of its loops.

Highly recommend it!
LOVE this cupcake holder! It is perfect for decorated cupcakes that need more room without squishing the icing. Great for travel and can use to display cupcakes nicely. They donāt slide at all in the tray. LOVE that the entire thing squishes down for storage. So convenient. I highly recomment this holder.

Warped lid
I would really like to give this item five stars because I think it could be awesome, but unfortunately I received a defective item. The lid on the unit I received is very warped. It's so warped that it does not fit on the base and I can't close the clips that attach the lid to the base securely. I am hoping that the seller will rectify the situation and if so, I will update my review to five stars.

AMAZING!
I love this! I bought it to transport a 3 layer birthday cake and it did the job! it compresses to half its size, and comes with 2 cupcake trays. One tray has legs on it to you can transport 2 layers of cupcakes easily. the cake base also has guides for cutting even pieces which was handy also.Highly recommend!
