Received package a day ahead of schedule. Box in great condition. Only part is I had to sign for it. If it was shipped in a regular box and not the product showing I may not have to be home to sign for it. Or is was the 2500 price tag! Product works awesome the Bluetooth feature is cool! Purchased pro-press because i could not find one to rent. I am sure I will be using it in the future! Great tool quality is what was expected from spending 2500$. No problems with 1 1/4 in copper... pressed just as easy as 1/2 in

Best thing since slice bread.
I really love this pro press tool. It has made my installs and life a whole lot easier. It came with all the sizes I need for what I do. 1/2 to 1-1/4. I have absolutely have nothing bad to say about this product it has been a godsend. I highly recommend it to other plumbers or DIY home owners.

Product was used on one fitting and failed. It leaked Al of its oil out and will not work. Company will not contact back.
