I bought these pens based on reviews that pointed that they are a useful gift. For a couple who do not really need anything, a pen set is a good idea and they were very pleased with them. The picture is a faithful representation and, although they are not super-elegant, they are non-fussy, well made and useful for both of them, and they come in a nice presentation box. They are also easy to hold and use as I tried them to check they were working before I sent them as a gift. I paired them with a 'Golden Wedding' notebook and it made a practical present as well as appropriate for the occasion.

Nice little gift set. Although the item doesn't look an expensive set, it is a great gift idea!!

Pens were scratched white box had loads of black marks on it but not got time to send back and get something else sorted out now wouldn't recommend

My friends didn't want any ornaments or silly things for their 50th wedding anniversary. 'Something useful' she said. So I bought these pens. They were much appreciated and definitely useful. I tried them before I gave them and they wrote perfectly and were nicely presented. Definitely recommend.

Have to say I was delighted when I came across these pens for my son to give his grandparents for their 50th wedding anniversary. They are differant and practical and keepsake at the same time. I had read the good reviews before I bought them and I have to say I was expecting them to be light cheap pens really considering the price being so low, but I have to say they are really solid and lovely to write with and good quality pens, my parents are chuffed to bits with them aswell and they do use them and also they like the personalised box too. Lovely gift, won't be disappointed!

Bought this as a gift so I can only rate this item on what I saw before giving it away! Nice presentation box. Pens felt solid & were nice to hold. I did try them out before giving them as a gift & they were nice to write with. This is definitely a bit different to other 50th anniversary gifts...useful too!
