Q: Would this work with cream eyeshadow. I tried maybe like one but it won’t allow for a blend with cream eyeshadow

No: you use the Urban Decay product entirely on its own on the eyelids. Blend it with something else and it becomes something else. I was introduced to it by a friend and it's one of the most effective products I've ever used. Economical, too - you only use a tiny bit. Just put it where you need it with nothing else and nowhere else.

Q: For those with hooded eyes specifically, does this stop eyeshadow from creasing?

This is really useful. I always use it under my eye shadow. Apply onto your eyelid. Rid in gently, allow to dry then apply your eyeshadow. Will last the day. Good luck 🤞
