Q: is this the original formula, like from the 80's?

As far as I could tell while using the product, it was the original formula. It looked, smelled, and felt like the original anyway. Hope this helps.

Q: Is this good for hand sanitizing?

Even though it would probably disinfect/sanitize your hands due to its high alcohol content, it is NOT a hand sanitizer or disinfectant. This product is used to clean the dirt and oil from your face/neck using large cotton balls. Hope this helps.

Q: What are the ingredients?

Water, Alcohol Denat., Camphor, Fragrance, Eugenia Caryophyllus (Clove) leaf oil, Eucalyptus Globulus leaf oil, Benzoic Acid, Yellow 5, Green 5, Orange 4

Q: Is there one strictly for scalp?

Sea Breeze is the only lotion I know off.
