I have a problem with laptop. I contacted seller that laptop not working. He is saying that bring your laptop to the seller's office. I purchased on Amazon so why have to complain and follow from any other party. After explaining my problem that I don't have time to come to your office. Service is not good for corepack solution pvt Ltd.I recommend never purchase any product from this seller.

Cons Battery drain down fast, finger print sensor is not working, laptop painted with black matt colour along with touch padGood part : screen is good, speaker are good can atten team call, camera is good, best part is performance is excellent as new.Laptop is working like new overall iam happy with the product

the laptop looks completely new without any scratches. All keys r perfectly workng except number key 2 which feels a bit sloppy but works fine. screen nits a bit low but i dont feel any issue wid it. initially i had many issues while using like brightness controlling, using finger gestures on trackpad n others but thanx to excellent customer support of d seller NewJaisa i was guided to resolve dem by updating and installing drivers. d laptop comes wid a cooling pad wid two fans which is absolutely new however i use it as just as a stand coz d laptop barely heats up even after opening many tabs n using it continuously for 6 to 8 hrs. this laptop doesnt have any notification light for charging while switched off i think its in all Thinkpad series. Battery backup is pretty good. Rarely 2-3 times i faced lagging while writing comments on youtube or changing video to full screen mode but it was jst for few seconds i would say. d Function key n Control key in ThinkPad series have their places interchanged which takes time getting use to it.overall i have been using it regularly for a month or two n i m very satisfied wid it considering its price.Edit-- i tried to install my epson printer scanner driver which i downloaded from epson website. However each time i try to open d setup file a window appears "User account control" asking my to enter username and password.but multiple attempts i m still not able to install any 3rd party app or program as der isn't any option of entering d user name and password. The only option we hav is clickng on NO.I tried to change it from user settings but failed as i dont have the adminstrator password. Idk how to change it.

I have using the laptop for past few months now and there has been no issue, no lagging. Doing multi tasking without any performance issues. Battery backup is sufficient and charging time is also quick. Laptop doesn't seem to be in refurbished condition feels like new. Very very happy with the product.

Refurbished Lenovo Thinkpad L460 is good enough for many home users. It has presentable looks and works fine. Win 11 is preinstalled whereas MS Office supplied with the device has to be installed after signing in. Start-up time is quite long and this may be overcome by suitably adjusting settings. Once started, it functions fast. Not much of marks of prior use on the laptop. Battery charger sent with the laptop is not original, but it is quite good and compatible. Battery seems to be OK and it is not possible to evaluate its durability in a short period of time. Technical support given is of minimal value, but appropriate help cam be obtained from the internet quite easily. In the light of the above awarding 5* is quit justifiable.

After one month facing battery backup problem. Battery drain very quickly. Fix my problem. Not satisfied purchase.

Nice product but little bit heating problem and battery backup is not long only 3to 4 hr
